The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
