Offshore rigger — Webster County

Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Webster County, Nebraska. You will be based at a power plant. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Day-to-day duties: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
