The role involves: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb Ideal candidate: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Six days a week, one day off.
