Lathe operator — Murray County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Murray County, Oklahoma. You will be based on a production line. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage You will report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
