Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Quay County, New Mexico. Day-to-day duties: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Full-time with occasional weekends.
