Now hiring: we are hiring a picker-packer in Knox County, Maine. You will work at a busy distribution centre. On the job you will handle: • Carry out cycle counts and full stock takes • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck • Scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS • Pack items into cartons and seal them with tape You should have: • Basic English for reading labels and instructions • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking • Confident using handheld scanners and a WMS Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
