Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
