Oven operator — Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
