Great opportunity: we are hiring a packer in Pope County, Minnesota. You should have: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Able to follow health and safety procedures Day-to-day duties: • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton Performance bonus on top of base pay.
