In-process quality controller — Oju

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Oju, Benue State. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans 1+ years on the tools preferred.
