Electrostatic spray painter — Teller County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Teller County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
