Crane operator — Lenawee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Lenawee County, Michigan. Day to day you will carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Six days a week, one day off.
