We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Grafton County, New Hampshire. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Rotating shifts. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
