Powder coating line operator — Dutsin Ma

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Dutsin Ma, Katsina State. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
