You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
