Framing carpenter • Waller County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Waller County, Texas. The job is on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
