Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Goronyo, Sokoto State. The job is in a tool room. You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred The role involves: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Part-time with flexible hours.
