Bakery assistant wanted in Crawford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Crawford County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
