Bread baker — Coweta County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Coweta County, Georgia. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
