VMC operator — Tuscaloosa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
