Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Simpson County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
