Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in White County, Tennessee. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
