Head baker — Van Buren County

Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
