Join our team: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Ejigbo, Osun State. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 4+ years on the tools preferred.
