Rigging foreman — Grenada County

Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Grenada County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
