Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Malheur County, Oregon. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
