Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. ₦450 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
