Plant operator wanted in Goronyo

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Goronyo, Sokoto State. You will be based at a road-building project. Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
