Vacancy available: formwork carpenter (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Breathitt County, Kentucky. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Your main tasks: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
