EHS coordinator • Broome County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Broome County, New York. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 6+ years on the tools preferred.
