Safety marshal — Frederick County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Frederick County, Maryland. The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
