Carpenter wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Franklin County, Idaho. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Day-to-day duties: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Own basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
