We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Wayne County, Georgia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
