Vertical milling machine operator — Wright County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Wright County, Minnesota. You will be based in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
