Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Dougherty County, Georgia. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. The role involves check walls for plumb and level as you go; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Rotating shifts.
