Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Jasper County, Georgia. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
