Milling machine operator wanted in Shasta County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Shasta County, California. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Six days a week, one day off.
