Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Menard County, Illinois. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
