Bread and bun maker — Allen Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Allen Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
