Bread and bun maker wanted in Kiyawa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kiyawa, Jigawa State. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around ₦85,000 per month, based on your experience.
