Surface coating operator wanted in Milwaukee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
