Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Guadalupe County, Texas. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
