Scaffolding supervisor wanted in Manistee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Manistee County, Michigan. You will be based at a commercial fit-out project. On a typical shift you will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. You should have: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
