Join our team: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Mills County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site What we are looking for: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
