Great opportunity: rebar worker (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Carter County, Kentucky. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations You will keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
