Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Tarauni, Kano State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
