Immediate opening: plumbing technician (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plumbing technician in Macoupin County, Illinois. The job is at a sanitaryware showroom with a fitting service. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems Day to day you will install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps; trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; chase walls and floors for concealed pipework; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings.
