Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Madison County, Florida. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
