Horticulturist — Midland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Midland County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers You will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
