Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Routt County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift.
